| Our patented reels have been specifically designed for lineworkers. We manufacture our reels from lightweight high-grade aluminum that is both robust and protects against rust. Simplifies handling of guy wire and minimizes injuries thanks to payout control that eliminates the spiral twist of guy wire coil Our Standard Reel is configured for coils with Outside Diameters of 24-29 inches, a maximum width of 4.5 inches, and a minimal Inner Diameter of 16 inches. Note that the outside diameter as well as the width of a coil is determined by the size of its inner diameter. Please consult the Coil Specification Table below to assure that you select the size coil that optimizes the efficiency of the reel. Our payout reels have 5 removable brackets each of which includes 4 notches to adjust to various coil outer diameters. All 5 brackets should be set to the same notch in order to ensure maximun ease of payout. Each reel comes with 2 feeder nozzles that allow installation on either side of truck bed. |
